Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped FedEx ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country. *It can take around 30 days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders above $150.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.  

We only ship in the United States.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

If you are returning a purchase, a $12 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Lovely dress with very good quality

This dress is very comfortable and has an excellent quality for the price point. Definitely would buy again. Did have to try several times to get the proper size because it runs quite large, which can be an advantage when that extra room is needed. So many manufacturers skimp on fabric to save money, so no complaints when extra is given. Recommend going at least one size down. The return process was very easy. Would definitely buy from Alex Evenings again.
