Refund policy

We hope you found what you were looking for!

If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
  • Final sale items & Jewelry cannot be returned
  • Items sent back without authorization, or an Alex Evenings return label, may not be eligible for refunds
  • Yummie returns are only eligible if protective liner is present

    If you are returning a purchase, a $15 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

      How can I exchange my order?

      We offer one free exchange on your order in case you need a different size, color or wish to try a different style.  Use our "Start My Return" link to set your exchange up.

      We ship exchanges right away with a $1 holding fee put on your card until the returned package is received in our warehouse.  If the return is not received within 14 days, the exchange piece will be charged in full. 

       

      Can I cancel my order?

      Our team works hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to our quick processing, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

       

      Can I apply a discount after an order has been submitted?

      Please note, discounts cannot be applied after orders are processed. 


      What does “Final Sale” mean?

      Final sale items are any products reduced in price that are found in our Sale Collection. These items cannot be returned.


      How long does it take to get my refund?

      You can expect your refund to process within approximately 10-14 business days of your merchandise arriving at our warehouse. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.

       

      Can I return if I live in Canada?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Canadian returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

       

      I sent back a return without authorization, help!

      You must request a return and send it to us with an Alex Evenings label. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund if the return had been sent to us without authorization. 

       

      My return isn't eligible for a refund, what can I do?

      We've partnered with Loop and Poshmark to make it easier than ever to give your item a second life and earn cash. When you select the "Resell on Poshmark" button next to your item, we'll help pre-populate the Poshmark listing form for you, so you can save time and get a head start on selling. Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you'll have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.

      You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.

      Please note, the service is not controlled by alexevenings.com and operates independently. 

       

      Can I return something purchased through another retailer?

      We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of www.alexevenings.com.  Please follow the return and exchange policies of the authorized retailer where you made your purchase. For further assistance, please contact the retailer directly.

      Alex Evenings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
