How do I track my order?
An order shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email attached to your order at the time it ships. Once you have placed an order, you can check ship status by logging into your account. Or you can contact us during business hours on our chat or by calling our customer service # 1-888-ALEXEVE. You can also always reach us over email at alexevenings@alexapparel.com.
Please note, all jewelry ships separately.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and 3-5 business days for transit time. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped with your tracking information.
Domestic orders under $250 have a $15 shipping fee attached. Any orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.*
We offer expedited shipping for $50 for a 2 business day air option. This is only available in the United States.
Orders placed after 12PM EST will process the following business day (this includes express shipping).
*Please note, due to shipping time and cost, we require all orders for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico to ship with express shipping.
Can you ship to my PO box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please use physical addresses when entering your shipping location.
Can I apply a discount after an order has been submitted?
Please note, discounts cannot be applied after orders are processed.
