Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped FedEx ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country. *It can take around 30 days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all domestic orders above $150.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
We now also offer shipping to Canada. Please note that international orders are subject to shipping costs.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.

If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Items sent back without authorization, or an Alex Evenings return label, may not be eligible for refunds
- Yummie returns are only eligible if protective liner is present
If you are returning a purchase, a $15 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will be able to issue a refund once we have received and processed the return at our warehouse.
Can I exchange my order?
For domestic orders, we offer one free exchange on your order in case you need a different size, color or wish to try a different style. A $1 holding fee is put on your card for even exchanges until the returned item is received in our warehouse. If the returned piece is not returned within 14 days, the exchange piece will be charged in full.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Our team works hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to our quick processing, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
What does “Final Sale” mean?
Final sale items are any products reduced in price that are found in our Sale Collection. These items cannot be returned.
How long does it take to get my refund?
You can expect your refund to process within approximately 2-8 business days of your merchandise arriving at our warehouse.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.
