Our warehouse ships orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped UPS ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live in the country. 

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders above $150.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.  

We only ship in the United States.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
• Final sale items cannot be returned
• Items sent back without authorization, or an Alex Evenings return label, may not be eligible for refunds

If you are returning a purchase, a $12 restocking & return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.  

How do I return my order?

All eligible returns must be initiated through your Customer Portal.

Click the profile icon at the top right of your screen, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

Please include your original packing slip so we know the return has come from you.

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

What does “Final Sale” mean?

Final sale items are any products reduced in price that are found in our Sale Collection.  

These items cannot be returned.

How long does it take to get my refund?

You can expect your refund to process within approximately 2-8 business days of your merchandise arriving at our warehouse.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.

I sent back a return without authorization, help!

You must request a return and send it to us with an Alex Evenings label. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund if the return had been sent to us without authorization. We are unable to send items back.
